Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in process automation, particularly using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Experience building and supporting integrations between business-critical systems
- Strong technical foundation with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure
- Solid SQL Server and database skills
- Experience developing solutions using modern development languages and tools
- Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and governance principles
- Ability to document, standardise, and improve delivered solutions
- Excitement about applying AI concepts in a business context
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Motivated by building new solutions and owning a greenfield role
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge on automation, system integration, and responsible adoption of AI
- Design and implement streamlined processes and integrated data systems
- Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to turn ideas into working solutions
- Create a single version of the truth across systems to reduce duplication and manual effort
- Enable better decision-making through clean, connected data
- Shape the operation of this new role by setting standards and defining approaches
- Experiment with low-code automation and cloud integration to deliver real impact
- Explore practical AI use cases for improved services
- Document and improve existing solutions and processes
