Responsibilities
As our Senior Service Designer, you will act as an expert and advocate for service design best practices. You will coach, mentor, and support teams while promoting continuous learning. You will lead complex service design activities, introducing and embedding new ways of working, and designing services that meet our organizational objectives and user needs. Notably, you will document your work using standard tools and methods, contribute to user experience design, and iterate design patterns.
