Requirements
Must:
- 4 years in product design
- Strong mobile experience
- Experience with complex, multi-step workflows
- Comfortable working closely with engineers
- A strong sense of ownership and a commitment to quality
- Bonus: Experience in B2B/SaaS and field/operational tools
- Bonus: Flutter or cross-platform experience
Responsibilities
- Own mobile design end-to-end for iOS and Android using Flutter
- Design complex workflows rather than just individual screens
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate production details
- Design with real-world constraints in mind, such as offline capabilities and usability under pressure
- Strive to elevate the product from basic functionality to an outstanding user experience
