We are looking for candidates with proven technical expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) configuration and customization. You should have hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Strong integration skills are essential, particularly with Azure Logic Apps, REST/SOAP APIs, and KingswaySoft. Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and GIT version control is also required. Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) is necessary, along with a working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM and OWASP principles. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills are important for this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications in alignment with best practices. You will build and configure workflows, plugins, automations, and integrations across the Power Platform. Moreover, you will integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and other enterprise services. Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and GIT version control will be part of your responsibilities. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers and business users in an Agile SCRUM environment and ensure quality assurance and compliance with OWASP Top 10 and security standards. You will also provide 2nd and 3rd line support across Dynamics CRM applications, manage incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL processes, and monitor CRM performance to proactively resolve operational issues.
Description
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement in London, requiring 2 to 3 days on-site. We provide a competitive salary of £87,000 per annum, along with additional benefits. We also value exposure to Copilot and AI-driven tools, as well as ITIL certification or experience working in ITIL environments. If you have expertise in performance tuning and data migration, we will consider that a plus. Please note that rates depend on experience and client requirements.
