Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Linux production and staging environments (multi-distro experience desirable, Red Hat essential)
- Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes, alongside traditional VM infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, logging, and security
- Manage configuration, patching, and system hardening
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep in Azure
- Configure and monitor networking, firewalls, routing, and connectivity
- Support PostgreSQL database setup, configuration, and monitoring
- Use Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability
- Support Git-based CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Work with engineers and developers to ensure platform stability during migration
Description
We are looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to support our critical healthcare screening platform, which is used for large-scale diagnostic and population health services. Our platform currently operates on physical data center infrastructure and is migrating to Microsoft Azure, making experience in both traditional infrastructure and cloud environments essential.
