- Experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cyber security.
- Proven experience in developing, documenting, and supporting IT services or integrations.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- A passion for continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Commercial public sector or education sector experience is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance IAM services and integrations using PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver secure data interfaces between systems.
- Contribute to the modernization of our legacy IAM platform, introducing automation and improved security controls.
- Support day-to-day IAM operations, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.
- Keep pace with emerging IAM standards, best practices, and technologies.
- Document, test, and present your work clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
