Requirements
Must:
- Mid-level experience managing communities or influencer programs in gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands
- Understanding of streaming culture and creator ecosystems
- Ability to manage creator relationships independently
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across various departments
- Personal interest in gaming is a plus, but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the brands Discord community, focusing on tone, moderation, engagement, and growth
- Run and support the affiliate and creator program across Twitch and TikTok
- Build genuine relationships with streamers and influencers through targeted communication
- Brief creators on product campaigns and coordinate collaborations from start to finish
- Partner daily with internal social, digital, and wider marketing teams
- Act as the liaison between live community activity and product campaign moments

Our team is dedicated to impactful community and creator work within a vibrant gaming department. This position offers a competitive rate of £200 per day, with a work schedule of 5 days per week in a hybrid model—3 days on-site in our London office.
