Requirements
Must:
- Strong Excel and VBA skills with practical experience, particularly in the Excel object model and VBA programming.
- Proven experience in building, supporting, and maintaining End User applications (Tactical tools).
- Strong ability to elicit requirements from End Users.
- Ability to plan work and divide tasks into manageable units.
- Skill to accurately estimate effort and total elapsed time for project delivery.
- Ability to communicate clearly about work delivered, benefits realized, and challenges encountered.
- Understanding of the risks associated with End User applications and knowledge on how to control them.
- Experience with SQL databases and other programming languages is desirable.
- Leadership experience in acting as a lead point of contact for team projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing expectations and prioritization.
- Proactive and independent work ethic on projects, contributing positively to team dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end user applications in collaboration with internal customers and colleagues.
- Provide support for existing end user applications.
- Identify areas for process and technology improvements by considering industry best practices.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team and the wider company.
- Act as a role model for less experienced team members.
