- Solid experience with Azure services and NodeJS
- Strong MS SQL Server skills
- Experience using Power Platform and Power BI
- Agile delivery experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Public sector or local government experience (desirable)
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with multiple enterprise systems (desirable)
- Exposure to Microsoft AI or Copilot features (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Dynamics 365 environments, ensuring system availability, performance, and security
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and business rules
- Design, build, and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and manage web resources and custom components
- Design and implement APIs using NodeJS within Azure environments
- Manage backend data and integrations using MS SQL Server
- Extend CRM functionality using Power Platform tools including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI features
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous system improvements
- Work within Agile delivery, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and ceremonies
Description
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Admin Developer to support, enhance, and optimise our enterprise CRM platform. This role involves hands-on administration, development, customisation, and integration of Dynamics 365, and requires close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. The position is hybrid based in London, requiring one day per week on-site, with an initial contract of 6 months and the potential for extension. We offer a competitive rate of £580 per day based on experience.
