Cloud Transformation Project Manager

In this role, I will oversee the planning, delivery, and implementation of cloud migration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. I will lead the planning and delivery of cloud migration projects from initiation to completion, developing clear project plans, milestones, and reporting processes. I will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery, while monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving issues to keep projects on track. I will act as the main point of contact for all project communications, building strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders and communicating complex information in clear, accessible language to non-technical audiences. Additionally, I will oversee the migration of systems and services to Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud platforms, working with technical specialists and partners to facilitate smooth transitions. I will also support the adoption of new cloud-based tools and ensure users are engaged and well-informed. I will manage project governance processes, including reporting, risk management, and documentation, ensuring compliance with data protection, security, and organizational policies. Furthermore, I will provide regular updates to leadership teams on project progress and outcomes and will identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, capturing lessons learned to enhance future project delivery. I aim to promote best practices in digital transformation and change management.
