Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with object-oriented programming languages, preferably Java or C#.
- Experience in Salesforce Lightning development.
- Hands-on experience delivering sales and customer management solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Proficient in APEX, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Skilled in managing and delivering complex business requirements.
- Desirable skills include proficiency with GIT, JIRA, and IntelliJ, utilizing continuous integration practices for version control and change management.
- Experience with Salesforce REST API services.
- Possession of a Salesforce Developer Certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions, including requirements, design, code, and documentation.
- Collaborate with product managers early to shape product definitions for flexible, extensible, and robust implementation.
- Automate tasks using appropriate tools and scripting.
- Maintain clear documentation detailing logic, configuration, testing, and changes as needed.
Description
We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to help build, enhance, and maintain our global, cloud-based HR and people management platform. In this role, youll design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions that surpass the expectations of our customers, stakeholders, and business partners, while sharing your expertise in technical solutions and business processes. We are also open to Developers who are willing and capable of transitioning into a Salesforce Developer role. Please note that this role is hybrid and will require you to work three days a week from our Winnersh office.
