Requirements
Must:
- Experienced as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, working with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to deliver scalable and secure data solutions
- Experienced in Master Data Management or Customer Data Platform implementation
- Proficient in querying and analyzing data using SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- A critical thinker who can identify and investigate business problems
- Able to communicate effectively to ensure transparency and alignment between teams and stakeholders globally
- Passionate about data & analytics
- Willing to take initiative while also seeking guidance and advice from team leaders
- Able to learn new domains quickly in a complex ecosystem
- A trusted advisor to stakeholders across all levels of the business to deliver on their data needs

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to develop a new data product serving marketing, analytical, and research integrity needs
- Define and communicate product goals aligned with strategic objectives
- Create, prioritise and maintain a transparent, prioritised product backlog with stakeholders and technical partners
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and translate them into user stories for data products
- Partner with other Product Owners and Managers to deliver cross-roadmap projects
- Empower, encourage, and mentor teams, fostering continuous learning and process improvement
