Must:
- Experience working as a Speech Analyst is desirable but an analytical background in an operational environment is also acceptable.
- Experience within insurance or financial services is advantageous.
- Ability to succinctly summarise large data sets.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Competent use of SQL.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into meaningful analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis within the speech platform.
- Create and maintain categories to support analysis and tracking.
- Turn large data sets into actionable insights.
- Create dashboards and insight packs as needed.
- Ensure governance and controls related to the speech platform.
- Provide peer-to-peer support and mentoring.
