### As a Technical Business Analyst, I expect you to determine and articulate comprehensive business requirements, both functional and non-functional. While experience across any industry is welcomed, having multi-industry expertise will be advantageous in navigating our various business units. Other essential skills and experience include: - Data mapping and ETL processes - Web Services Design - Creating/running SQL queries - Basic programming exposure - Understanding of business process modeling, RAD (Role Activity Diagrams), and UML modeling - Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, providing detailed insights - Proficiency in eliciting requirements through techniques such as interviews, research, and workshops - Capacity to create and deliver clear presentations, facilitating workshops for requirements gathering - Understanding of change management - Demonstrated experience in both technical and business-centric application solutions ###

Responsibilities

In the role of Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting with project definition and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Key responsibilities include: - Functioning as an interface for technical delivery, both internally and with third-party partners - Supporting multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, documenting, testing, and delivering solution designs - Documenting necessary designs and requirements - Facilitating Data Mapping workshops and documenting future state data architecture - Collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are achievable and well-documented - Engaging proactively with stakeholders - Collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish technical vision and analyze trade-offs - Assisting with the review of test scripts to ensure functionality - Assisting with defect triage - Driving discussions with business units regarding their plans - Adhering to Company and Departmental standards while recommending improvements - Engaging in architectural strategy, governance, and policy input ###
