Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in senior-level IT infrastructure support, covering servers, networks, storage, and virtualisation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver infrastructure projects, including migrations, within structured governance frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working across multi-site environments (desirable).
- Knowledge of security, risk, and compliance frameworks (desirable).
- Background in disaster recovery planning and testing (desirable).
- Exposure to cloud technologies or hybrid environments (desirable).
- Prior aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing industry experience (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise infrastructure including servers, networking, storage, and virtualisation platforms.
- Provide senior-level technical support and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure migration and modernisation projects.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that support business needs.
- Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and overall infrastructure resilience activities.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers where required.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Ensure all infrastructure activities align with governance, security, and compliance requirements.
