Requirements
Must:
- Educated to graduate level
- Proven experience in program management or leadership within complex business environments
- Strong financial awareness and financial management skills
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, proficient in general IT tools (e.g., MS Office, SAP)
- Knowledge of project management IT tools (e.g., MS Project) and earned value techniques
- Demonstrable track record of delivering high-performance standards
- Motivational leadership style and ability to build strong business relationships
- Focus on talent development and building high-performance teams
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to accommodate global communication needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers to monitor program risks and opportunities
- Manage the profit and loss for assigned programs and multiple vendors
- Support contract negotiations and recommend solutions for program challenges
- Lead governance reviews of programs to ensure optimal performance
- Contribute to the development of strategies and long-term planning
- Create an environment that fosters change while ensuring compliance
- Ensure contractual compliance with external agencies and customer requirements
- Support business development activities aligned with Value Stream strategy
- Foster teamwork and accountability within the Value Stream and across business interfaces
- Identify program problems and propose solutions, including resource allocation and customer responses
