Must:

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- A collaborative approach with the ability to work across technical and business teams
- Desirable: Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or aerospace environment
- Desirable: Knowledge of ITIL principles or service management frameworks
- Desirable: Experience working in a multi-site or international organisation
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve IT relationship maturity and service delivery across the organisation
- Support the design, implementation, and adoption of technology solutions
- Collaborate with project teams on communication, documentation, training, and change planning
- Provide expert support for escalations, incident resolution, and service improvement initiatives
- Produce and maintain high-quality technical and user documentation
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new systems and processes
- Analyse business processes, data, and information requirements to recommend effective solutions
- Deliver user training and guidance to maximise adoption and capability
- Work collaboratively across UK sites and with global Safran teams on transversal projects
