Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimising KPI Trees and performance measurement frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAP, API, RPA) and business intelligence platforms (Power BI)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to convey complex concepts and facilitate performance alignment workshops
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
Responsibilities
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of a suite of business KPIs to evaluate business processes and performance
- Design and maintain robust KPI Tree structures to ensure a clear line of sight between operational activities and strategic business outcomes
- Effectively enable data flow through the business to influence key business decisions
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders to gather information, listen, communicate, and solve various business projects and operations
