Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product portfolio strategy, ensuring it aligns with company goals and market needs
- Define investment priorities and shape the roadmap for modernising and extending SAFE and its sub-products
- Identify and grow scalable, high-value opportunities using Saab GMS Product Lifecycle Management
- Govern portfolio-level product decisions, balancing standardisation with flexibility
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations for commercially viable product positioning and pricing
- Lead initiatives to improve understanding of product cost contribution and pricing models
- Act as a senior stakeholder in bid governance to ensure feasibility aligns with product capabilities
- Influence decisions to align product strategies with commercial and operational goals
- Lead the team in defining technology direction, architectural strategy, and technical governance
- Provide strategic direction and prioritisation support for sound architecture and investment decisions
- Manage a cross-functional team of Product Owners, focusing on performance and professional development
- Build and nurture a high-performing leadership group aligned with product strategy and quality assurance
- As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, take collective ownership of company strategy and performance
