Requirements
Must:
- Active SC clearance
- Experience in technical and security architecture and design within a secure environment
- Experience operating within a security architecture function
- Knowledge of a broad range of industry-standard technologies, both proprietary and open source
- Familiarity with diverse Microsoft and Linux-based deployments
- Understanding of software and infrastructure design considerations
- Ability to collaborate with engineers to understand and guide the datacentre environment
- Experience architecting and securing solutions within highly sensitive and classified environments
- Knowledge of operating in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) - Desirable
- Experience of establishing security standards, patterns, reference architectures, and assurance frameworks for secure-by-design outcomes - Desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the security design of a modern and innovative IT platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security best practices are implemented
- Guide engineers in understanding and navigating the datacentre environment
- Develop security standards, patterns, and reference architectures
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks across multiple services
- Architect and secure solutions in highly sensitive environments
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
