Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and End User Devices (EUD) Product Management within a Live Services environment.
- Proficiency in ensuring the quality of MDM and EUD, with a focus on continuous service improvement.
- Experience and knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) within secure environments in Defence, Nuclear, or Central Government.
- Experience in integrating ITSM policies and processes into product workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow.
- Experience in product delivery, applying Prince2 principles, performance management, and requirements and process analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with service partners, user researchers, and engineers to understand user needs and preferences.
- Knowledge of Business Case writing (Green Book) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and End User Devices (EUD) as part of our service delivery.
- Ensure the quality and performance of MDM and EUD solutions by focusing on continuous improvement.
- Integrate IT Service Management (ITSM) policies into product workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with service partners, user researchers, and engineers to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Deliver product initiatives following Prince2 principles and track performance against defined metrics.
- Create and maintain business cases in alignment with strategic objectives and user needs.

We are currently supporting our client in the Central Government sector, seeking a Product Manager for an initial 6-month assignment with the potential for extension.
