Requirements
Must:
- Knowledge of information and records management principles, including ISO15489.
- Public Sector experience, predominantly with records management experience.
- Expertise in applying information governance controls within M365.
- Experience designing information lifecycle models, including retention and labelling strategies.
- Experience defining information governance requirements for M365 apps (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Responsibilities
- Have a solid understanding of information and records management.
- Translate key principles such as ISO15489 into modern, digital tools in the M365 stack.
- Provide M365 Information Governance support throughout the assignment.
- Design information lifecycle models and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with tech colleagues to implement clear governance designs based on policy and records management needs.
Description
At Summer-Browning Associates, we are currently supporting our defence client in seeking a M365 Information Governance Specialist for an initial six-month assignment with the option to extend. This role offers hybrid working with a base in London.
