Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in developing Enterprise Architectural strategies
- Strong background in leading design authorities
- Implementing architectural governance
- Proven track record in leading enterprise architecture for large-scale cloud hosting, specifically in Azure and GCP
- Experience in high-security government Tier 2 environments
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture, including IAM, identity federation, cryptography, network segmentation, and high-assurance gateways
- Proven ability to lead enterprise design across all domains, including Data, Digital, Security, and Technical areas
- Proficiency in Secure by Design principles
- Familiarity with IT security documentation, including policies, standards, processes, procedures, and patterns
- Demonstrable knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SABSA, and TOGAF
Responsibilities
- Develop Enterprise Architectural strategies for our central government client
- Lead design authorities and implement architectural governance
- Oversee enterprise architecture initiatives for large-scale cloud hosting environments
- Provide expertise in Azure and GCP within high-security contexts
- Ensure compliance with cloud architecture standards and best practices
- Lead design across Data, Digital, Security, and Technical domains
- Apply Secure by Design principles and maintain relevant IT security documentation
- Adhere to and promote cybersecurity frameworks and standards within the organization
Description
We are Summer-Browning Associates, currently supporting our central government client in the search for an Enterprise Architect for a 12-month contract in London, with the potential for extension.
