Requirements
Must:
- Active SC Clearance
- Proven background in Azure Cloud engineering
- Proficiency in Azure Services, particularly in building and migrating applications and services to public cloud platforms
- Expertise in the operation and deployment of DevSecOps tools
- Development of infrastructure as code using Terraform or Bicep
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Zero Trust architectures
- Familiarity with NCSC, GDS, and UK government security frameworks (e.g., Secure by Design, Cloud Security Principles, Government Functional Standards)
- Desirable qualifications: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) and/or Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Experience in secure environments, particularly within the public sector or defence is highly advantageous
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and migrating applications and services to Azure public cloud platforms

At Summer-Browning Associates, we are currently assisting our Central Government client in seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for an initial six-month assignment located in Milton Keynes with a hybrid work model.
