Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree, preferably in a STEM discipline.
- A genuine passion for cybersecurity, with a strong grasp of core information security concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a sharp, logical approach to identifying threats.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently on client sites.
- A strong eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Prior internships in cybersecurity or relevant industry certifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct vulnerability scans and security assessments across diverse client networks, systems, and applications.
- Participate in supervised penetration testing exercises to identify and exploit vulnerabilities.
- Analyse security risks and develop actionable recommendations to improve client security posture.
- Maintain awareness of current security regulations and standards, assisting clients with adherence.
- Prepare detailed, high-quality documentation of findings and security measures.
- Clearly present complex security findings and recommendations to clients.
- Assist in incident response activities and handling procedures.
- Proactively stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity trends, tools, and threat landscapes.
