Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years as a Data Analyst with at least 2 years in a Lead capacity
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, dbt, and Apache Airflow
- Advanced SQL and Python skills
- Expertise in visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience working in a regulated banking environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
- Nice to have: dbt Semantic Layer / MetricFlow
- Nice to have: Banking domain knowledge (Retail, Risk, Finance)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts
- Build and maintain self-serve analytical assets using dbt models and Databricks
- Design and orchestrate analytical pipelines in Airflow
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and dashboards
- Perform deep-dive analysis across Retail, Commercial, Risk, and Marketing domains
- Ensure all deliverables meet strict data governance and regulatory standards
- Work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to improve data quality and availability
