- I have expertise in cloud computing platforms like Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud (OCI) with a proven history of implementing scalable cloud infrastructure automation and optimisation solutions.
- I possess advanced knowledge of automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform, which enables me to develop complex scripts and frameworks.
- I bring experience in leading and delivering significant automation and optimisation projects.
- I have excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring team members and leading by example.
- Proficiency in containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Responsibilities
- I will lead the identification and execution of optimisation projects to improve cloud resource utilisation and reduce operational costs.
- I will build and implement extensive cloud automation strategies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- I will conduct thorough analyses to uncover both complex automation opportunities and straightforward optimisation wins, utilising Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform) and IT automation tools (e.g., Ansible).
- I will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that automation and optimisation initiatives align with business goals and comply with security standards, particularly for UK Public Sector accounts.

This highly technical role will involve planning, technical leadership, and mentoring within our team.
