Requirements
Must:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical mindset
- Comfortable working with data (Excel, formulas, basic analysis)
- Ability to understand how systems and workflows connect
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Confidence engaging with customers and internal teams
- Proactive approach to learning and ownership of tasks
- Experience with SQL, data querying, or Power BI (desirable)
- Exposure to SaaS platforms, workflow tools, or low/no-code configuration (desirable)
- Any customer-facing or support experience (desirable)
- Background in finance, accounting, or data processing environments (desirable)
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, or other ticketing systems (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Configuring and tailoring the platform to meet customer needs
- Analysing and validating data using Excel or similar tools
- Troubleshooting platform issues and identifying root causes
- Documenting solution designs and configuration steps
- Leading workshops, demos and 1:1 sessions covering advanced product features
- Supporting users in understanding best practice and optimising workflows
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex customer challenges
- Providing feedback to internal teams on recurring issues or gaps
- Creating simple documentation or video guides to support product learning
- Contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing
Description
We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Product Enablement Consultant in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This hybrid position allows two days in the office and three days from home. We welcome early-career and graduate applicants with an interest in Data/SQL and provide full training and mentoring. In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them understand, configure, and use our platform confidently. Youll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, working with well-known brands and financial institutions, with clear progression opportunities in roles across Product, Implementation, Data, or Customer Success.
