Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in the Application Support / 1st Line Support domain with customer-facing experience
- Strong hands-on SQL and/or Azure SQL skills for querying databases and troubleshooting
- Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD) skills
- Ability to support users/customers remotely
- Familiarity with relevant methodologies/processes such as ITIL/Change Management
Responsibilities
- Take the reins across Application Support
- Tackle support requests and prioritize or escalate tickets as needed
- Liaise with DevOps, Infrastructure, and other teams to maintain smooth operations
- Create and manage user accounts in the core application and support portal
- Monitor remote client servers to ensure stability
- Share knowledge and collaborate with others to resolve or prevent issues
- Contribute to relevant projects and support configuration/change deployments
- Help improve the wider function and suggest new ideas for processes/workflows
