Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have over 5 years of Business Analyst experience, active SC clearance, and hands-on experience with data modeling, mapping, and analysis. You should also be skilled in user story writing and agile delivery, and we value a proactive self-starter with strong stakeholder skills. Experience with Jira is essential, and Oracle experience is a desirable asset.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to review and refine use cases and data models, conduct data mapping and analysis, and identify gaps and solutions. You will translate business rules into technical requirements and user stories, and manage backlogs and workflows using Jira. Collaboration with technical teams is key to ensure that requirements are clear, secure, and implementable.
