Must:
- I have a strong background as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or senior platform engineer.
- I possess deep knowledge of CMDB, Change Management, Discovery, integrations, and MID servers.
- I have experience defining architecture across multi-platform environments such as AWS, Salesforce, and Workday.
- I can effectively work with cross-functional teams and guide technical decision-making.
- An understanding of resilience, ITIL processes, and regulatory environments is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- I will define and govern the technical architecture for CMDB and Change Management in ServiceNow.
- I will ensure the platform design aligns with resilience objectives, service tiering, and automation goals.
- I will oversee integrations with AWS, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau, and other systems.
- I will work closely with developers, subject matter experts, and offshore partners to guide implementation.
- I will review configuration, data models, API usage, and technical dependencies.
- I will ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and architectural principles.
Description
I am part of a major resilience and ServiceNow optimization programme with a regulated client, joining a cross-functional team to improve CMDB, Change Management, and service tiering. My aim is to ensure the platform is scalable, integrated, and aligned with best practices while shaping technical direction and overseeing integrations with various enterprise systems.
