Technical Architect - Salesforce

In this role, you will lead the design, governance, and optimization of the Change Management and CMDB architecture within a large-scale enterprise environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Defining and governing the end-to-end technical architecture for Change Management and CMDB on the ServiceNow platform. - Designing data models, workflows, and integrations to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance. - Translating business and operational requirements into robust technical solutions aligned with ServiceNow standards. - Shaping the CMDB architecture, including class models, relationship mapping, data quality rules, reconciliation logic, and discovery patterns. - Overseeing the integration of external data sources into the CMDB with strong data governance. - Architecting automated and manual change workflows, approvals, risk calculations, and policy-driven logic. - Leading API, integration, and data-flow design between ServiceNow, ITSM tooling, monitoring platforms, and CMDB sources. - Establishing and enforcing platform guardrails, coding standards, reusable patterns, and configuration guidelines. - Conducting technical reviews to ensure proposed solutions adhere to architectural principles. - Evaluating platform enhancements, roadmap items, and new ServiceNow features relevant to Change & CMDB. - Identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing technical improvements. - Providing oversight and mentorship to developers, administrators, and functional teams. ###
