Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a solid background in manual testing and ideally experience testing hardware or connected devices. It's crucial that you possess a mindset of curiosity, commitment, and a drive to continuously improve. Any experience with scripting in Python or Kotlin, as well as familiarity with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins or GitLab, will make you a standout applicant. Due to the nature of our work, you must hold a British passport or have been a resident in the UK for the past five years, as employees will require security clearance.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved across the full test lifecycle, from planning and execution through to triage and issue resolution, while ensuring that testing outcomes are reported clearly and effectively. You'll be part of a collaborative test team, working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure that requirements are testable, realistic, and clearly understood. Additionally, you will drive quality and process improvements, champion best practices, and have the opportunity to support customers during acceptance, release, and deployment phases. For those with more experience, there are opportunities to coach and mentor colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and advocacy for quality across the business.

Positions are available from mid-level to senior, with salaries ranging from £40,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
