Must:
We are seeking an Application Support Engineer with experience supporting software or CMS-based products. Ideally, you should have some exposure to software testing and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
In this predominantly remote role, you will support a variety of internal and customer-facing systems, including web applications and CMS platforms, as well as more complex software products. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, monitoring application performance, and collaborating closely with our development team to address technical challenges, deploy updates, and improve our systems continuously. Additionally, you'll be hands-on with testing (integration and regression) as needed, ensuring everything operates smoothly and reliably. Your role will also include creating clear, user-friendly support documentation, such as guides, FAQs, and incident reports.
Description
