Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with extensive product management and strategy experience. You should have a proven track record in data-led projects, specifically with large datasets, analytics, and visualization products. Hands-on experience with data and platform products—including pipelines, data storage, and data movement/transformation—is essential. A strong background in back-end, technical, or platform products is also required, along with experience in data transformation programs. You must be comfortable working in Agile, multi-disciplinary environments and possess the ability to influence, communicate, and gain alignment with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver data platform and analytics capabilities. Defining product strategy and prioritizing outcomes in a user-centered way will be key. You will need to balance functional and non-functional requirements to ensure robust delivery. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa is crucial. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across our enterprise environment and guide discovery work to define product direction and opportunities.
Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on a large-scale data transformation program. Our aim is to improve access to customer and product performance data by building out internal data platforms and tools. This role is ideal for someone who has worked extensively in complex organizations and is comfortable in technical and data-heavy environments, applying modern product practices to platform and back-end services.
