Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in a Senior or Lead Product Designer role.
- Proven background as either the sole designer or an early hire into a design function.
- Strong UX skills, with solid UI skills to match.
- Strategic thinking while remaining hands-on with delivery.
- Background in a small, growing team (ideally product-side).
- Experience in B2B environments (B2C also considered).
- High levels of autonomy and proactivity, while being collaborative with cross-functional colleagues.
- Full UK driving license (highly preferable as the role involves travel to clients across Southern England).
- Willingness to travel to the Surrey office once a week.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of product design from end-to-end, including conducting in-depth user research.
- Build out a design system that underpins a suite of new products.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams while operating with high levels of autonomy and proactivity.
- Shape the design culture from scratch as the first Product Designer in the organization.
