Must:
- Strong commercial experience as a Backend Developer (full stack experience is acceptable if focused on backend)
- Proven expertise with C#, .NET Core & SQL
- Ideally experience in a product-side environment; agency background considered if exposure to complex engineering products
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multi-functional team
- High levels of curiosity and a user-focused mindset; dedicated to building solutions that solve real problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys mentoring other team members
- Willingness to work in the North Bristol office 2 days a week (car recommended for convenience, free parking available)
Responsibilities
- Join one of our core product teams to develop impactful software solutions
- Work on production-level products that serve thousands of users daily
- Stay updated with the latest developments in software engineering and apply cutting-edge technology
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- Contribute to mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth
