We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, preferably with a background in digital products. Your expertise will play a vital role in our team's success.
Responsibilities
As the Scrum Master, you will take ownership of our Agile delivery processes and drive continuous improvement within our development teams. You will report to the COO and lead the delivery of our digital product portfolio. Your duties will include:
- Overseeing three engineering squads and facilitating key Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and backlog refinements.
- Unblocking issues, maintaining momentum, and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster an environment of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Working closely with leadership and cross-functional partners to mature our Agile practices and enhance delivery outcomes.
- Championing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the company.
Description
You will be joining an exciting and growing scale-up based in Central Bristol that develops software for the residential and commercial building space, helping to digitalize buildings and provide smart capabilities. You will be part of a supportive team in a great working environment, with hybrid flexibility that allows you to work remotely for the majority of the time, with just 2-3 days required per month in the Bristol office. The role comes with a salary of up to £65,000.
