Requirements
Must:
- A genuine desire to learn and continuously improve
- A practical, hands-on mindset when tackling technical challenges
- Experience working within a team on a well-built web application
- Solid foundations in software engineering and computer science, applied to building scalable, maintainable systems
- Experience writing production code in Go, Python, or TypeScript
- An interest in writing testable code and a mindset aligned with automation and CI/CD
- Experience designing and building APIs (REST; gRPC is a bonus)
- Experience working with data stores such as SQL, NoSQL, or graph databases, including performance and query optimisation
- Familiarity with cloud and infrastructure tooling (e.g. AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Skaffold)
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code and modern deployment practices
- Experience working in a growing or fast-moving product environment
- Front-end experience, ideally using React
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operational teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Work autonomously while contributing to the development of our industry-leading platform
- Help to build and scale the core infrastructure and new AI product
- Ensure software is scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
