Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in .Net, C#, AWS, SQL Server, and React
- Hands-on development and coding experience
- Experience collaborating with an Engineering Manager to set the technical direction and establish industry best practices
- Ability to ensure project execution and successful delivery of projects
- Enthusiasm for advocating emerging technologies in line with project goals
- Commitment to fostering a high-performing team through growth plans and a positive team environment
Responsibilities
- Take the technical lead on developing a new serverless suite of products that are essential to our business success
- Guide and mentor team members while implementing ownership and accountability
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to align technical strategies and ensure the highest standards
- Advocate for emerging technologies to enhance project outcomes
- Drive your team to excel and continuously improve through ongoing learning and development initiatives
