Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years experience building web applications (React, Vue, Angular)
- Experience leading and mentoring frontend engineers
- Experience building or stewarding component libraries
- Deep understanding of frontend integration with APIs
- Fluency in frontend tooling
- Full stack knowledge with commercial experience (LAMP stack, PHP, Laravel preferable)
Responsibilities
- Own the modern frontend stack (currently React focused but open to confident knowledge with either React or Vue.js)
- Lead and mentor a squad of frontend developers
- Maintain and evolve a shared component library/design system
- Collaborate closely with Product & Design teams
- Ensure seamless API integration with backend squads
- Shape front end technical directions
