Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer
- Strong technical capability in C# and .NET technologies
- Experience with software design, building, and delivery
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted platforms and modernizing legacy applications
- Ability to articulate technical decisions to stakeholders
- Comfortable in a dynamic and chaotic environment
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and engineering best practices
- Experience with Blazor and other technologies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Guide the design and delivery of software used internally and by customers
- Manage a team of two developers and two testers, with potential for growth
- Own the development and technical roadmap during modernization
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
- Lead design and development efforts, maintaining quality standards
- Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Improve documentation and review processes
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Contribute to organization-wide standards and long-term technology roadmaps
