Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer
- Strong technical capability in C# and .NET technologies
- Experience in modernizing legacy applications
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Ability to articulate technical decisions to business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with software design and development
- Familiarity with cloud-native transformation and CI/CD practices
- A flexible approach to working with various technologies
Responsibilities
- Guide the design and delivery of software for internal and customer use
- Directly manage and mentor two developers and two testers
- Own the development and technical roadmap
- Transition legacy .NET and PHP applications to modern cloud-hosted platforms
- Improve internal systems and customer-facing applications
- Promote engineering best practices and contribute to organization-wide standards
- Lead design and development efforts while maintaining quality
- Drive continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
- Enhance documentation and review processes
- Act as a liaison between tech and business stakeholders
