Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, O365, and core networking principles
- Proven track record in IT Management roles
- Comfortable owning escalations and guiding more junior engineers
Responsibilities
- Improve our Azure and Intune environments by applying best practices and organizing existing setups
- Establish and enforce clear IT processes such as onboarding, access, change, and incident management to create structure and consistency
- Act as the senior technical escalation point across Azure, Intune, O365, and our wider infrastructure
- Mentor and support junior engineers, ensuring they grow in capability and adhere to agreed processes
- Lead environment clean-up and optimization projects, driving stability, security, and efficiency in our cloud operations
- Ensure IT operations run securely, reliably, and align with our business needs
Description
We are a company undergoing a strategic transformation towards a cloud-first model, and we are looking for an IT Manager to serve as the senior technical point of contact. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys tackling challenges, supporting others, and keeping our operations running smoothly. This position is available on a contract basis (outside IR35) with a competitive rate for an initial duration of 3 months, with extensions likely. The role will require three days on-site in Bristol.
