Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in both Frontend Development and Design
- Experience with any mainstream frontend framework (Vue.js, React, or Angular), with a willingness to code in Vue.js moving forward
- Ideally, commercial experience in wireframing; however, experience from personal projects will also be considered
- Experience in conducting user research, or possess excellent interpersonal skills with a keen interest in developing this skillset
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
- A background in either an agency or a product company
- A proactive nature and the capability to work autonomously
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in central Bristol or fully remote, depending on your preference
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of innovative products while ensuring the best frontend and user experience
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to support and enhance existing projects
- Engage with the design process and bring creative input to product development
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve product usability
- Utilize Figma or similar tools to create wireframes and prototypes
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management in a supportive team environment
