Requirements
Must:
- A strong background in software engineering with significant technical depth.
- Experience in leading or managing engineers, either formally or informally.
- Proven ability to support teams in improving velocity.
- Skills in architectural decision-making and mentoring engineers.
- Capability to conduct code reviews, help engineers achieve their goals, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Empathy, clarity, and confidence when guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead one of our cross-functional squads, working closely with product and design teams.
- Guide architectural decisions and support modern engineering practices.
- Help nurture and develop a talented team of engineers.
- Foster a culture of high trust, psychological safety, and flexibility within the team.
- Encourage growth through a feedback-first approach and facilitate the shipment of meaningful features.
