Must:

- Software engineering background, particularly in Python, Terraform, AWS, and some Azure experience
Responsibilities
- Act as a Tech Lead for a 6-month contract with a banking client
- Provide hands-on support rather than day-to-day coding
- Coach and mentor a team of around five engineers
- Create an environment that encourages growth, challenges ideas, and supports high-quality work
- Champion engineering best practices and promote a collaborative and outcome-focused culture
- Work closely with product, design, and third-party partners to tackle complex technical challenges
- Help reduce technical debt and enhance engineering quality

We are seeking an urgent contract Tech Lead for our long-standing banking client in Hampshire, offering £800pd outside IR35 for 2 days per week. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and has recently achieved profitability. This role is not just about delivery; it emphasizes people, purpose, and progress. The Tech Lead will report directly to the COO and will have significant scope for extension.
