Business Analyst – Finance Transformation

Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Finance or ERP transformation programmes
- Strong working knowledge of core finance processes, especially Reporting, Forecasting and P2P
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured, and translatable requirements
- Expertise in process mapping (e.g. BPMN) and cross-functional process design
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent documentation, and attention to detail
- Accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or working knowledge of financial principles and reporting cycles (desirable)
- Familiarity with systems such as Agresso, Horizon, or similar ERP platforms (desirable)
- Previous experience working within or alongside Finance functions to deliver digital or operational change (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition and prioritisation of technology and process requirements across multiple Finance functions, especially P2P, Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting
- Conduct as-is process analysis and identify pain points and improvement opportunities through stakeholder engagement
- Design to-be process maps and future ways of working aligned to transformation goals
- Collaborate with Finance SMEs, Technology, and Data teams to ensure business needs are clearly translated into deliverable system requirements
- Map interdependencies across workstreams to support planning and risk management
