Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with experience in supporting software or CMS-based products. Ideally, you should have some exposure to software testing. We value a collaborative, can-do attitude in our team members.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be supporting a range of internal and customer-facing systems, including web applications, CMS platforms, and more complex software products. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting issues, monitoring application performance, and collaborating closely with the development team to address technical challenges, deploy updates, and improve our systems continuously. Additionally, as our team currently does not have a dedicated testing function, you will also be involved in hands-on testing (integration and regression) when necessary, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably. You will leverage your experience to create clear, user-friendly support documentation, such as guides, FAQs, and incident reports.
Description
This role is mostly remote, with opportunities to meet with the team in person around once a month or every two months, typically in Cardiff.
