Must:
We are looking for an Application Support Engineer who has experience supporting software or CMS-based products. Ideally, you will have some exposure to software testing and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will primarily support a variety of internal and customer-facing systems, including web applications and CMS platforms, as well as more complex software products. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, monitoring application performance, and collaborating closely with our development team to address technical challenges, deploy updates, and continuously enhance our systems. Since our team does not currently have a dedicated testing function, you will also engage in testing (both integration and regression) as needed to help ensure everything runs smoothly and reliably. Additionally, you will leverage your experience to create clear and user-friendly support documentation, such as guides, FAQs, and incident reports.
Description
This position is mostly remote; however, you will have the opportunity to meet with the team in person approximately once a month or every two months, usually in Cardiff. If you believe you are a good fit for this role, we would love to hear from you!
